The first thing I remember about this trip is the incredible palette of colours. High-altitude lakes ranging from deep blue to emerald green. The deep-blue sky contrasts with the infinite browns, beiges and greys of the mountains. Then there's the thrill of riding the world's summits. Free-flying still exists. It's out there!

Philippe was great at adapting to our preferences. The hotel at our base camp in Leh is simply magnificent. No issues with our bikes—they’re in excellent condition and very well maintained!
